Question: Is 30 minutes of exercise enough to lose a considerable amount of weight in 1 month!?
I just started exercising but Im a very busy person and a bit lazy at times so I only do about 30 mins!. of exercise a day (mostly cardio)!. Im a rather thin girl but I do have some extra weight on my stomach and thies!. Im 5'9 and weigh 154, ideally I would like to go down to 130 pounds!. Considering my exercise routine and the fact that I dont eat a whole lot, how long could it take me to reach my goal!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm 5'8" and my goal weight is 160!. Make sure you're not being overly ambitious on your goal weight!. Is it a healthy BMI!?

The last pounds are the hardest to lose!. But 30 minutes of cardio every day will help, yes, IF you are fueling your workouts with enough food!. Don't eat fewer than 1500 calories a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

30 minutes every other day and take in less than you burn should do the trick!. I don't know how long it will take to reach your goal, that is up to you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
