Question: I'm considering eating very little!.!.!.!?
I, like i said, am 5'5 and 180!. please read the tankini question!.!.!. but w/e lately i am feeling SO fat, like, horrendous! I feel like a beached whale compared to my friends, especially cuz my 100 pound friend calls herself fat!. she's not fat! i wish i was 100 pounds!.!.!.
I'm considering eating very little so that I can be a little skinnier by highschool!.!.!. maybe some yogurt and dinner a day!. Would this be healthy!? I'm still eating, but eating healthier, and less!. I won't induce throwin up or stop eating completely i just feel tremendously fat, especially with my mom nagging me to lose weight!. shut up! i know i'm fat!

It's a general misconception that if you don't eat, you'll lose weight!. Okay, so that may be true in the first few days, but as your body adjusts to NO food source, it will STOP burning fat as it would normally and you end up in "stalemate" <--your body stop is put on low metabolic rate and it will burn as little fat as possible!. So while you starve yourself, your body doesn't burn practically anything!. Is that worth it!?

What you should do is change your eating habit to a healthier one and start exercising more!. I know you've heard this many times before, but it works! That's why people keep telling you the same thing over and over!.

Disclaimer: I don't recommend any diet to you or anyone, but I just wanted to share my experience!. You should talk to your nutritionist/doctor before making any drastic changes to your body!.

What I did was I went on an "eating-only-corn-flakes" diet!. xD I lost the weight really quickly (~25 lbs)!. After a 2-3 weeks of eating only corn flakes breakfast/lunch/dinner (NO snacks whatsoever), I went off the diet and started eating normal, and healthy foods, with A LOT of water and tons of fruits!. I'm able to keep off the weight I've lost for ~6 years now!.

Currently, I've been exercising!. I have an "air-stepper" at home, and I get on it for 15 minutes each day to get my cardio workout!. I take my pulse at 5 min!. intervals for 15 minutes to see if I'm improving!. ^_^ Then, I get on my Total Gym and start working on my arms and legs (pulling, pushing, etc!.)!. To tone my abs, I do 200 crunches; they are much easier than sit-ups!. ^_^ Lastly, I do 100 of those "standing-up" crunches!. I don't know what to call them, but I saw it on Hip-Hop Abs!. If you do not have gym equipment, just jumping around and running place for 15-30 minutes will get you your cardio workout!. Eat yougurt, fruits, and other health foods!. Drink tons of water and your daily dosage of milk!. ^_^

OK, don't wear an unflattering bathing suit, no matter what your size!.

Never mind your size!. Don't do anything stupid!. Start exercising as you're able, which should naturally suppress your appetite and help you get a little trimmer!. Lift weights or do resistance exercises, because more muscles=faster metabolism AND you'll probably be smaller (muscle isn't as fluffy as fat, so you get smaller overall!.)

Be healthy!. Exercise is slower, but the results are much better overall and in the long run, it's the only way to keep the weight down and your body healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you starve yourself your body eats away at your muscle and once you go back to eating you gain all the weight back and more quickly!. Just eat healthy eat around 1200 calories a day and exercise 30-45 minutes a day go for a walk, go swimming, just go outside and hang out with your friends everything you do burns calories, by doing all these things you will lose 1-3 pounds a week!. You need to consult your GP before taking any diet!. Cutting out particular types of food altogether is not good as we need the nutrients out of food to survive!. Lets face it, would you rather lose weight gradually on a diet planned by a GP, or starve yourself and end up in hospital with ricketts or something similar because you haven't had the nutrients you need!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just MY opinion!. You and your 100 lb!. friend have something in common, you both fit the definition of eating disordered!.

For every diet article you read, make sure to balance it with one on handling stress and self esteem!. If possible, join some athletic group that has a coach!. A great coach will show you how to set goals and register successes!. Even ping pong!. Avoid gymnastics, too many eating disorders there!.

If I were you, I would eat healthier meals more often, exercise twice as much (don't over do it), eat fruits and vegetables, join a sports team, and maybe join weight watchers!.

I hope that you loose some weight and feel better! If you keep saying to yourself that you're fat you could end up in a Depression!. Think confindently, and keep your head up!

more than just yogurt and dinner!. you need breakfast because it boosts up your matbolizem, which helps you burn calories faster!. eat all 3 meals, but try to make them healthy and satisfying, so you are not too hungry later!. physical activity and food proprotion are the main things for losing weight if you really think you need it!.

it isnt healthy but it would work!. new anorexics do something called binging!. which makes you gain all the weight you lost over weeks in a day!.
if you keep a diet like this up you will get morbidly hungry, its uncontrollable unless you have a very strong will!.

i suggest exersizing for an hour everyday so that your breathing is consistantly up but never out of breath!. try going vegan too!. sometimes this causes some big weight loss and you can still eat normally!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't eat very little! My moms a nurse and if you eat very little you could become very sick and don't worry about if your fat or not you don't need to worry about that if you eat healthy and excercise you'll be in shape and won't be sick!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Here are some tips that worked for me!. I stopped eating after 8 p!.m!. Stopped drinking soda pop!. Drink water instead!. If you are not into exercising, try walking for about 1/2 hour a day!. Also, no fast food!.!.!.no burgers, no fries, no frosty!.!.!.!.etc!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Whatever you do, DO NOT eat less!. It will trigger your body to go into starvation mode and actually keep the fat on you as long as it can!. So unless you will be going to boot camp or something drastic like that DO NOT eat less!. You need to eat (sensibly) more!. I had the same problem recently and I found that eating 6 times a day boosted my metabolism and help me burn fat faster!. So, 3 moderate size meals, as healthy as possible of course, and 3 healthy snacks throughout the day works!. It helps even more to cut soda out of your diet too!. Don't forget to be active !.!.!.Don't sit around on your *** all day or it won't work!. You don't have to be marathon active or anything but walks around the park, swimming, playing with a dog, shooting some hoops, moderate activities!. Keep on it and you will see results!. Your mom wants you to feel good about yourself!. How old are you!? But, anyway, that's the same thing my friend said two monthes before she was hospitalized for anerexia/bulimia!. Don't diet! I know you feel desperate, but you need to choose a healthier way!. Try picking up a magazine at a local drug store that's about healthier meals!. Also, try picking up some 'lean cuisine' meals from Wal Mart, very filling but good for you!. Sports are a very good alternive to diets too!. if you eat healthy and play soccer, or at least jump on a trampoline after meals, you'll lose a lot of calories Your friend was just fishing for compliments!. Tell her not to do that!. =)
