Would it be best to lose weight first then tone up or both at the same time!?
I currently weigh 98kg-100kg, I have been going to the gym lately and I am stuck on 98-100kg!.
I do both cardio and weight!. But now I fear of knee or joint problems, should i do more cardio to lose the weight and then train to tone up or do both!? As i am currently doing both and losing waist circumference but not weight, i am worried about knee joints or damage done to my joints!.

what should i do first!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
a) make your muscle stronger and the stress on your joints will lessen
b) Build muscle to "eat" fat (if your calories are in daily deficit)

So, obviously, I recommend continuing with both!. Go easy on the high impact stuff and keep good form when doing squats!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you want to tone up, the only set of muscles that you can work out every day are your abs!. If you are working on you upper body or lower body for a couple of days in a row, that is what will really mess up your joints and muscle growth because every time you do weights you are actually tearing your muscles and they need to time recuperate!. Don't forget to always stretch before and after you work out!. If you are losing waist circumference that is good and it just means that you are building up muscle!. Muscle weighs more than fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well take from someone whos been there,do both but try to focus on toning up more because if u dont u will regret all the weight loss because ur skin will be sagging and wobbly, thinner yes but not firm and tone!. im exercising now to tone up but its not easy much harder to tone after weightloss,do them at the same time trust me,it will pay off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
