Excercise?!


Question: Excercise!?
I know there is no way to spot reduce when losing weight, but I would like to tone up my thighs!. Are there any good excercises that will help me do this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

stand with your feet wide apart (toes pointed out) and hold a weight!. Bend knees until thighs are parallel to floor!. Hold for 2 to 3 seconds, then straighten legs, keeping heels flat!. Squeeze thighs and butt as you come up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are very many exercises to tone up ur thighs like squats for example or leg extension!. Squats and leg extensions hould do the trick, but if you really want sexy thighs you should and some weights a those exercises and you could do that in a gymWww@Answer-Health@Com

go for a jog, or just walk alot!.
hills will definately help!. maybe even add some lunges!.
personally, i notice a difference when i go bike riding!. up hills will hurt, but no pain, no gain!!
