i need to definitely loose weight on my thighs more den my belly!.!.!.

Listen to music or watch tv (if the tv and computer are in the same room) while you do this so it doesn't become boring!.

If you have Dance Dance Revolution you should definitely do that!. Work up to the stage above basic (because basic doesn't do much) and go through every song (if you have time of course)!. This will work up a major sweat and tone your legs!.

Then make yourself a good diet!. Lots of water and lots vegetables and protein!. Now don't totally cut out sweets, because this will leave you craving them all the time!. So try not to eat it everyday, and when you do eat the sweets eat them in small proportions!. Instead of a whole chocolate bar, eat half of one!.
The same goes for food, especially pasta!. Don't eat too much spaghetti or lasanga!.
