How do you tone only the right (my point of view) side of your abs?!


Question:

How do you tone only the right (my point of view) side of your abs?

I have been doing situps a lot and for some strange reason the development of my abs is going uneven, meaning that the abs on the left side are larger and more defined and I was wondering about what exercise to use to try to even both sides out.


Answers:

Find a bench to lay on and lay on the stronger side with the upper torso of your body hanging off the edge allow your torso towards the ground just breaking the laying straight position that will work only the oblique. once you have a little strength there you and hold a small weight against your chest
