Question: Ive been working out for 2 weeks and havnt seen a change!?
ive been working out my biceps with sets of 8 for 2 weeks and havnt seen a change, should i keep at it or work out longer!? take less rest days off!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's only been 2 weeks you will not see many changes for a while!. >>>Eat well with lots of protein<<< that will boost your muscle growth!. Do 4 sets of 8 and make sure you can actually go that long (adjust weight)!.!.!. Keep at it and you will see!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Work out longer (2-3 hours) and rest for 2 days!.!.!. but 2 weeks is nothing, wait at least a month to see results!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
