here i've posted some workout videos from youtube that show you how to target your thighs, the workout is really simple and the women shows you 8 different ways to workout that area!.

i would also recommend doing the following:
-30 lunges a day
-30 squats a day
-and 100 toe lifts a day

by doing all of this things multiple times a day (i'd recommend doing the video exercises twice a day, and the lunges,squats and lifts 3 times a day) you should definitely see results in three weeks, good lluck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
