Try to avoid consuming simple carbs like juice, coke or anything with alot of sugar before your workout!. if you do so, you will be burning CARB and not FAT!.

If you can, try lifting weights!. weight lifting stimulates hormone release which accelerates fat loss!.

If not try sprinting, which is running a short distance very quickly!.!.!.you know like the olympics!.

Aerobics does help too, so incorporate both activities!.

Anyways youre doing a great job with your regimen
keep it up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Muscle doesn't really weigh more than fat, it just takes up less volume!.

If your legs look better, that is where your genetics are dictating the first fat loss comes from!. You have to give it time!. It comes off your whole body in small chunks!. It may not be noticeable to you but it is happening!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
