hey don't freak,
you matabolism is probally ust at a steady movement so you really don't loose or gain any weight!. I do not think you have a problem with food and because you d eat healthy i am sure that t is not a sugar problem!. Drinking Alcahol is not one of the best things but if you decide to do it, limit it to once a week like you have stated that way you don't have to worry about getting hurt with alcahol posioning!. <"excuse the poor spelling"

Alot of people worry about their weight and if what they are eating is right, just as long as you are eating helthy and exercising regularly than you should have nothing to worry about!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No what you are doing is great! As long as you are not binge drinking, that is!.

You are eating well and spoiling yourself at the weekends which helps you keep your all of your good work!. This is not a vicious life cycle but is in fact a healthy way to do things!.

Some people would say don't have any take away or alcohol but I am not one of those - if you deprive yourself of the things you like then you will go mad and binge eat and will then be in a vicious cycle!.

Keep up the good work, I wish I could be like you are! I eat too much of what I want and am struggling to cut that down!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like you need to stick to your points every day!. If you're not eating enough during the week, then eating too much on the weekends your body is going to store all it can on the weekends for the week ahead where it isn't getting enough!. If you do have an "off" day where you go over your points you just need to accept it and move on to the next day, not lower your points to make up for it!. You don't mention any exercise, so adding even 20-30 minutes a day could make a HUGE difference!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Not all circles are viscious!. You don't say what your weight is - only that you've maintained the same weight for a year - but it sounds as if you're doing ok!. If you are healthy and feeel well, then it sounds as if you have developed a plan that suits you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well, my friend had the same problem!. it's what you eat on the weekends!. If you want to lose more then you're going to have to stick with the points!. and I think for awhile she was stuck on the same weight loss!.!.!.23!. (:Www@Answer-Health@Com
