How do I naturally (and cheaply) speed up my motabolism?!

How do I naturally (and cheaply) speed up my motabolism?

I already workout and walk a ton (prosthetic leg) but my weight doesen't move...any ideas?

also. I do eat 6 smaller meals about 200c per meal. and I cant run....i have a fake leg from the military

Green tea has been proven to boost your metabolism in many studies. You can get natural or decaffeinated. Drink 3 cups a day. Sweeten however you like and drink it 1/2 hour before every major meal, morning, midday and early evening.
