Stamina question?!
Question: Stamina question!?
If I do cardio 2-3 times a week, high intensity stuff, and not really change my diet, can I gain stamina!? So what I'm asking is will I be able to gain stamina without becoming a really slim guy!. My diet isn't too bad, I don't really eat chocolate, soft drinks, fast food, i eat just meat, bread, cerial, dairy and so on!. But my diet does need to be tweaked

I do believe so, because I also work out, probably 3-5 days per week, about 30mins!.-1 hour, both cardio and strength training!. I did not change my diet at all, I am no angel when it comes to that area! Although I haven't slimmed down much, I do notice a huge difference from when I first started out!. I can tolerate more, last longer, and I've already increased my weights twice! Keep up the good work!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
as a black belt, i used to eat lots of foods rich in Vitamin B the week before a big tournament!. it really helped my staminaWww@Answer-Health@Com
