How do you keep fit? and how often do you do it...?!


Question: How do you keep fit!? and how often do you do it!.!.!.!?
Answers:
i work out 6 days a week, 1 muscle group a day and i work it hard, most people wouldnt reccomend it but i have a strict diet and supplements to help me work out so often!. im hoping to get a body like i cover model within 2 years so need to be lean all the time and take in enough protein!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Weight train 5 days a week, 2 lacrosse games a week and additional cardio, consiting of sprints, once maybe twice a week!. All with a clean diet and supplements!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I swim 4 times a week!. Play badminton once a week!. Go to the gym for 45 minutes once a week and walk my dogs most days of the week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

sleep alot so you dont eat
only eat organic foods
no sugar
excercise i suppose
