Tummy flab?!


Question: Tummy flab!?
I need to lose some tummy flab in four to six weeks!. I'm in good shape and on a strict diet but my stomach has some flab!. Any tips like workouts without weights!?

Is it fat, or is it just not toned!? If it's fat, then you need to do cardio to burn it off!. Running, walking briskly, jumping rope, swimming etc!.
If you need exercises, try doing the plank!. it's a Pilates move, you can google it, but pretty much it's like holding the up position of a push up!. It works great! You can also do reverse crunchs and regular, but you HAVE to make sure you are doing the proper form and not flying through them to get them done!. Do them slow and concentrate on keeping your belly sucked in and your back flat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
