How can i grow taller faster?? help?
i'm 13 but i'm still about 154cm tall....i want to be taller...all my other friends are already 160cm...and tall can i still grow ??

I'm also just like you because I'm also still 154cm. When I look the taller boys than me, I get really shy & afraid that I will be bullied by them. So, I might have at least 3 tips to make sure that you will grow taller (but better late to grow taller than never before maybe 18-20 years old).
1. Exercise regularly (at least 20 minutes a day, 3 times a week).
2. Drink a glass of (any/nutritious) milk twice a day (at least breakfast & evening or night).
3. Make sure you better do not take a carbonated or soft drinks (Carbonate in soft drinks can interupt calcium from functioning to bones & teeth).
