Which is better for building mass on the arms?!


Question:

Which is better for building mass on the arms?

heavy sets of 4-8 reps or slightly lighter weight at 8-12 reps per set? i don't nessecarily need to improve my strength right now, as for my size lifting 50 lbs on a 1 arm bicep curl is pretty good. im just looking to improve the size of my muscles. im 140 lbs and 5'10 and my goal is to be 165-170 lbs.


Answers:

4-8 reps are strength exercises
8-12 is mass.
