Question: This is a question about running and eating!?
So im a skinny dude!. I run a lot, and I exercise usually on a daily basis!. So, if I run (fairly hard) for an hour!.!.!.!.then come home and have a sandwich for supper and have a dunkin donuts smoothie, does it make running for the day pointless!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go buy a blender and blend:
Milk
Strawberries
bananas
mango
blueberries
raspberries
any other fruits


By doing this you can control and see what goes into your body and it will taste much better!. Play around with what you put in it and you will find the perfect mix!.

well as far as burning calories, yeah!.

but your still getting the exercise that you need and running hard for an hour would probably burn more calories than the sandwhich and smoothie, or at least i would hope so!.

but i would suggest eating healthier foods, i mean thats ok to eat but if you have the smoothie everyday, cut it down to two or three times a week!. but since you said your skinny, you need the energy so eat more fruits and veggies (:Www@Answer-Health@Com
