Toning up- jogging?!

Toning up- jogging?

if i go jogging everyday for 30 mins, 40 mins and higher, will i see results in about 2 weeks? it doesnt bother me how long it takes but just outta curiosity. i am a small build and tend to lose weight and tone up pretty fast so in 2 weeks rekn i will see a difference?

You will see results within 3 - 4 days if you are on a low carb diet.
