Question: Lose 5 lbs in 2-3 weeks! HELP!!?
I am going to the beach in a little over 2 weeks!. I want to drop 5 lbs by then!. I plan on going about this the right way with diet and exercise and I think 5 lbs is reasonable in about 2-3 weeks!. What kind of exercise should I be doing!? I was planning on just doing cardio (running, walking, eliptical) and eating healthy!.!.is that enough!? Serious Answers only!Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's so simple! All you need to do is!.!.
Stay under a diet consisting of 1,200 calories!. On your diet, you should eat vegetables, fruit, whole grains, lean meats, yogurt, skim milk, whole grain cereal, and most importantly, WATER! (Water helps keep the water weight off, plus keeps you dehydrated!)
Do some form of cardio (running, jogging, even walking, dancing) 4-6 times a week, for 30-60 minutes!.
And if you can, you don't have to, try using light weights! (that way you'll only have lean muscles, and won't gain bulky muscles)
Walking is actually a very good cardio exercise! It helps burn off the unwanted fat without bulking up your muscles! It's like a miracle worker!

fish and chicken are full of protien but have less fat the red meats!.
eat 5 small meals a day in order to boost your metabolism!.
stay away from foods filled with empty calories , or that are high in fat!.
