What are some good foods to eat at night that won't cause me to gain weight, its 11pm now and i'm starving!

So what can i eat!?, would fruit be good!?

It does matter what time you eat! If you eat right before you go to sleep you can't burn of the carbohydrates!. Protein and fat won't make any difference what time you eat it though!.!.!.
When I'm hungry before I go to sleep I have a cup of tea, or milk!.!.you can try popcorn!?!.!.!.personally I hate celery it's blech! I wouldn't eat fruit though!. You should eat stacks of fruit and veggies earlier so you are full for a long time!.!.!.

Salad, salad and more salad!. Try very high fibre foods, they're often referred to as negative calorie foods because it takes more calories to eat and digest than it gives you!. Here's a list of them, most are pretty nasty though!. Unless you like asparagus!. Keep in mind though, the calories they use up are very very low, as in like 3!. Also just eating these foods would result in malnutrition but a diet rich in them can help prevent bowel cancer!

Celery and carrots are good!. In reality you'll probably find that what you really want to eat at night are carbs!.!.!.that will cause weight gain!. Eat vegetables or fruit and head to bed early so you don't have to deal with it!. Otherwise try eating a granola bar in the late evening!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat whatever you usually would!. It wont cause anymore weight gain at 11 PM than it will if eaten in the daytime hours!. Weight gain will happen when you total intake of calories exceeds what your body needs!. It takes time, and doesnt go immediately to weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It dont matter wot time u eat, a calorie is a calorie!! rice cakes would be ok or a yogourt or a bowl of cereal!. thats wot i have and it works for me!. i was told not to eat fruit at night time because of the sugar content! thats just me thoughWww@Answer-Health@Com
