Food and wieght?!


Question: Food and wieght!?
so im starting school in 2 weeks and scince ive been at home all summer i have been eating healthy well idk what foods are healthy at my school for lunch

please help


on mondays we have salad and pizza and burgers
on tuesdays we have potato and chilli bar, and pizza and sometimes spaggeti
on wensdays we have mazzios and burgers and salads
on thursdays we have taco salad bar and burgers and pizza and sometimes lazzania
on fridays we have chicken fried steak with mashed potatos


* all meals come with 2 wheat rolls and i am not taking my lunchWww@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah, that doesn't sound too healthy!. I know you don't want to make your own lunch, but it's better than gaining weight or anything like that, it doesn't even take that much time, like 10 minutes or something, it's much healthier then eating all that unhealthy stuff!. I suggest you make and bring your own lunch to school!. Like a sandwich on wheat(if you don't like wheat, then just eat white), some fruits, a granola bar, and some water!. Alos, try to have variety through the week, don't make the same thing all week long!. And try to have more color in your lunch too!. A sandwich with lettuce, ham, cheese(whatever you like on it), but try to have some colors on it!. Then have some baby carrots, a banana, an apple maybe!. Pizza and burgers and chicken fried steak are all bad for you!.!.!.you should request a better lunch menu because this one is really unhealthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
