Well snacking will not help you loose weight!. Think before you eat!. Think " Am i really hungry!?" or am I just bored!? Drink a glass of water then wait 20 minutes if your still hungry then go get a apple or a handful or almonds!. A really good healthy snack is 14 Kashi crackers and a wedge of light laughing cow cheese!. yum! 14 kashi crackers= 140 calories, light laughing cow cheese wedge=35 calories!.

I hope this helps! Also another tip I have is do not eat before bedtime!!! Because your metabolism goes to 0 when you sleep so you will not be burning any calories!. If you are really really hungry then eat somthin then wait a hour to go to bed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Carrot sticks, celery with peanut butter and raisins or whole wheat sandwich with sugar free jam you can always mix a little peanut butter with it for flavor and protein!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
