Answers:
all back muscles!.!.!.!. just work your back religously

try pullups, lat pull downs, single arm dumbbell rows, bent over barbell rows, rowing (the sport in general), upright rows!.

just look at it this way!.!.!. if your pulling your working your back, if your pushing its your chest or shoulders!.
