Question: I really need to lose about 100 pounds!.!.what should I eat and what exercises should I do!?
I'm already jogging everyday for about 40 minutes and I do a little workout routine inside my apartment!. I eat vegetables, and fruit and oatmeal!. Baked foods and healthy things!. What should I do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Keep doing that and you will lose weight!. I need to lose 160 pounds and I changed my habits and is working, I lost almost 10 pounds over 2 weeks!.
I'm walking one hour and a half per day and eating healthier aliments, like fish or chicken breast with lots of salad!. For snacks I eat cashews or any other nuts!.

Find a local gym, or even a YMCA and get a membership!. Workout whenever you can!. Swimming and cycling are other great workouts!. Cycling targets the shoulders and legs!. Swimming works everything!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
