Are squats and lunges causing me to get bigger, I can't even fit into my jea!

Question: Are squats and lunges causing me to get bigger, I can't even fit into my jeans anymore!?
I started exercising a month ago!. I do one video that is circuit training, had been doing it 4 days week it lasts an hour!. It is strength and cardio combined!. I had been doing dance cardio, 20 minutes twice a week!. My jeans are now even more tight on me, I thought they should be getting looser!. They are so tight I am depressed!. I eat about 1800 calories a day, weight 140 height 5'3" and I am 27 years old!. Should I do alot more cardio and cut back on the strength training and cardio video to once or twice a week!. Did this happen to you or someone you know!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have to give it time!. Fat comes off slow!. Of course you are going to gain muscle!. If you have an endomorphic somatotype, you will lose fat slower than you gain muscle!. So the result in the very short term is your body may get a little larger!.!. very quickly though that shifts as the increased muscle raises your metabolism and starts melting fat!. You could also not be eating correctly!. You should probably be in the 1600 range for calories and every meal should contain complex carbs (veggies and whole grains), protein and healthy fats!. Don't go low fat, that is a deadly mistake many dieters make!. About 25% of your calories should come from healthy, unstaurated fats!.

Stay the course!.!. you will be amazed at what happens over the next 30 days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it will fall off you soon - your program is great - you need strength to maintain this routine - give it timeWww@Answer-Health@Com
