Confused when it come to the gym?!


Question: Confused when it come to the gym!?
Ive been going to the gym for about week and all i do is the treadmill and i want to build some muscle and also my 6pack!. So i wanted to no how much time i should use to the other machine like how many times should i lift weights!. (im not sure if im explaining this right) i no which part i want to work out but im confused how many numbers to do and how many sets i should do if i work out about 4-5times a week!.

Please help and all advice is welcome

p!.s i go to work out at 7:30 ish is that a okay time to work out, will it interfere with my sleeping!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It will solve all of your "what the heck do I do to build strength!?" problems!.

Also, for strength training, you should go to the gym 3 times a week, eat a high protein high calorie diet, and warm up on the tread mill for like 5-10 minutes before working out!.

If you want to get stronger you should do barbell training, mainly the bench press, the squat, the dead lift, some ab exercise, like leg lifts or inclined crunches, and pull ups!. But you need to know how to do all of those right, it would probably be a good idea to get a personal trainer to start with!.

I agree with the last answer!. Get a personal trainer!. I have one shes great!. The personal trainer knows all about the weights and will show you how to use them!. And how long to use them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
