it all depends on how active u are!.!.!. if u are not active!.!. then 50% of your bodyweight in grams!.!. so if u weigh 120lbs!.!. then u take 60 grams per day
if u are active u need 80% of your body weight!.!.!. so that would be 90 grams!.!.!.

If youre trying to bulk up then about 1 g for every lb of body weight!.
