It doesn't (or shouldn't, check the label) have any sugar in it!.
Also, peanuts are loaded with healthy fats(omega 13's) which most people don't get enough of these days!.

Actually adding those extra calories is not very healthy!. However, if you would like to add some toppings with less calories try fat-free cream cheese and sugar free jam
