Question: Water,,yes water,make you lose ,,,,!?but why!?
new diet thing, after a huge meal drink so much water like you never done ,you will pee and you will lose weight ,or at least you wont gain,,thats i found and tried for sure, what do you think guys is it just coincidence or realWww@Answer-Health@Com

It's not real I'm afraid!. There are no quick fixes and tricks to losing weight!. Weight loss/maintenance is a simple input and output balance; if you eat more calories than your body burns up in a day, you will become fat!. The only effective way, is to reduce calorie intake, do vigorous exercise and do this forever!. With regards to the water, anything more than 2!.5 litres daily, your body will just wee ou, so it's pointless, HOWEVER, you do need to keep you do need to keep your body hydrated!. The best way is to sip water throughout the day, rather than over loading your body with too much water all at once!. A woman died recently (I read an article in the Daily Mail) who drank so much water and effectively poisoned herself!.

NOW I know how he feels! I'm finding myself giving the same speech 10x + daily to people asking if diet pills/miracle water work etc!! Now I realise why he has a stock answer for the diet and fitness section!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

How on earth does adding water suddenly make all the calories and fat you ate just disappear!? They don't just flush it all out of the food in your stomach!. The digestive system does not work like that!.
You won't lose weight and you can still gain!.

DON'T drink too much water like that, it's extremely bad for your body to handle if you take in too much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
