Question: Whats the difference between Diet coke and Coca-Cola zero!?
So whats the difference!? I would also like to know, since they both contain 0 calories, if I were to keep drinking and drinking, would I gain weight, and I mean weight not like water weight but weight that stays there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Coca-Cola decided to rebrand Diet Coke as Coca-Cola Zero!. Unfortunately this wasn't too successful and they have now gone back to Diet Coke!.
As for drinking a drink that doesn't contain any calories - no matter how much you drink you won't increase your calorie intake, therefore won't gain weight!.
However, artificial sweetener has been linked with increased appetite!. So drinking diet drinks may mean you eat more and consequently gain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
