Question: How can i gain a lot of weight in a few months!?
I have this bet with my girlfriend by december 12th that i will gain 25 pounds and reach 200 and she will lose a good 40 pounds!. I do push ups every night and i try and get to the gym when ever i can!. How can i gain a lot of weight in 5 months!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

you won't put on 25 lbs of lean muscle in 5 months!. its not that easy!. but you can get bigger and stronger!. u have to hit the gym, push ups are good but they won't make u bigger!. they'll help strength someone and toning!. to grow your muscles you have to push them to their limits with heavy weights involving every fiber they have!. do medium to low reps of heavy weights, reduce rest time to increase intensity, and get PROTEIN into your system!. really you need lots of quality protein and lots of quality carbohydrates!.

Why would you want to GAIN weight!?!!?!!? Anyways, that is the easiest thing you could ever do! Just don't exercise at all, and eat too much food!. Eat so much food that you are beyond full every time you eat!. And eat all kinds of unhealthy things, like ice cream, drink soda, candy, and fast food especially!. Try to go to McDonald's every day for a few weeks!. In other words, just pay no attention to what you eat, and don't exercise at all!Www@Answer-Health@Com
