Question: I'm Desprete !!?!!?
How do i loose 7pds in 2 weeks or at-least loose the 7pds !?

I'm 13 and a girl!. I am 5'6 and athletic, actually i'm 152!.5 and i wanted to know how i could reach 145 in a way where i see results and don't gain weight again !?

I do't like those web sites that the posers give, so please don't do that XD!.!.!.!.!.!.!.

just eat more veggies, less fat foods but more on proteins!.drink more water before every meal so you won't feel very hungry!.

jog some 15 minutes, per day!.

Well, your name indicates that perhaps you drink a lot of soda pop!. If you switch to a diet soda, that will cut a lot of calories from your diet! Coke Zero actually tastes like the real thing, try that as well as the vitamin waters that contain zero calories as a replacement for 'pop!.'

Secondly, stop eating fries or fried foods!. Replace those with ANYTHING that's not fried!.

If you delete the pop calories and the fries or fried foods calories -- again, replacing them with good foods full of fiber hopefully -- you will lose weight!. If you want to lose 7 pounds, that can be easily done in a month's time if you absolutely swear off the sugary pop and fat-containing fried food (also that includes potato chips, fritos, cheetos :)

Lastly, you need to swim!. Swimming is the best exercise to lose weight, and it's easy on the body!.

to me, this doesn't sound that bad! I have lost a ton of weight, and I think that it is because something just snapped in my head, and now I follow a strict diet!. I used to weigh about 255 lbs, and I now weigh about 193lbs!. I realized that sugar is the worst thing for you, EVER!!!! don't eat things with a lot of sugar, don't worry about calories, but pay attention to sugar!. you may think that you are being healthy drinking a gatorade or something, but if you look at the sugar content, if it is aroug 12g, then that is like eating a candy bar! I never realized that before! I also don't drink soda, I don't eat chips or any just food!. Also, I don't eat big meals, I graze throughout the day!. I eat little things all the time, and then when It comes time for dinner, I'll eat about half of whatever there is!. Also throw some exercising in there!. it doesn't really even matter that much of what you do, just make sure to break a sweat! I hope that helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Seven pounds in two weeks is asking alot, but, if you eat smart and drink water everytime you feel like eating junk food, you should be able to work it!. My advise is, every morning, walk!. Eat a good breakfast (as they have found lately, women who eat a good breakfast, loose weight faster)!. Have yogurt w/fruit, cottage cheese!. Snacks, drink water first, and have another piece of fruit or low fat snack!. Dinner should be the lightest meal of your day!. Keep totally away from anything fried, fatty and too much sugar!. A palm size of your hand of lean chicken or fish, definitely vegtables, no butter or salt, and a salad (use lemon juice or fat free - and do not bathe the salad because it's non fat!. Use the amount they suggest on the bottle!. If you walk, drink water, (no soda), eat sensibly and keep focused on just that, I am sure you will achieve your goal or at least very close!.
