Question: Doing sit-ups gets rid of double chin !?
NO really , like when I look down I noticed a double chin but Ive been doing sit-ups every night ( trying to to prevent a hangover belly ) and that other chin that i get when looking down has reduced signifigantly !. WHY !?Www@Answer-Health@Com

eating a good balanced low carb food plan will do more than anything in addition to your situps, but they will not control the belly as well as walking, biking or swimming will do!.

neck stretches will help the double chin more!. Rotate neck as far as comfortable in a circle then reverse direction!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Gotta build up those abbs and pecks both!. Hmmmm, how about some light weights, you know not to heavy, but not to light either!. LOLWww@Answer-Health@Com
