Question: If your not burning fat calories when you working out, then what are you burning!?
I go to Curves to work out and one of the ladies there told me that my heart rate is above the point where its supposed to be!. She said that this means Im not burning fat calories!. My heart rate is usually 180 when Im working out and she said it should be 140-150!. Im 28 years old!. So what do you think!? Is it really to high!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
