Exersise???????????!


Question: Exersise!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
I am 5' 5" and i wieght 195 and i just lost 14 pounds in 3 weeks and i didnt do any running or anything maybe a few jumping jacks do you think i could loose anymore wieght faster if i exersise on the tread mill and for how longWww@Answer-Health@Com

yes you definitely lose weight if you exercise and eat healthier meals and smaller portions throughout the day!. You need to speed up your metabolism and exercise does just that!. Just make sure you don't eat more than you should b/c you are exercising, since then it would be underproductive!. However, you do need to eat enough too, so that you can have energy and still metabolize fast!. I would run for 30 min!. if you can't do that, then try walking for an hour!. Just balance speed with time!. If you run and do high impact, 30 min is okay!. if you do slower exercises, do them for atleast an hr to see results!. Try to maintain a steady pace too!. if you go too slow it isn't effective!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
