Are there certain exercises that will focus on my legs?!


Question: Are there certain exercises that will focus on my legs!?
I have a flat stomach and normal arms!. I think my legs are a little bit to big for the rest of my body!.I still weigh average but i need a medium exercise that will keep my legs in shape!. And i have another question!.!.!. is it alright if i watch t!.v!. while im exercising!.!.!. Like when i ride my motionless bike(or whatever you call them) so i dont get bored!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you have an eliptical or a treadmill then those are good things to do!. you could also try to strech them by going on a step by your toes and droppingyour heels and brining them back up, do that 30 times!. and your legs will reduce in about 2 months or so!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

working your legs will just make them bigger
you cant spot reduce fat
the muscle under the fat will grow and make u look bigger
