Question: Is 150 pounds overweight or healthy for a 6 foot tall 15 year old boy!?
I am about 6 feet tall (5 11') and weigh 150 pounds!. I have fair sized muscles though!. I can bench press 115 pounds and my max is 135 pounds!. I am currently working on running and can run 2 miles with a little stamina left!. Am I healthy!? or overweight!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

150 is perfectly healthy for 6' tall!. If anything, it might be a little skinny!. I believe the ideal weight for an average 6' tall man is around 180 or so!. But at 15, you still have some filling out left, so don't worry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
