Flat abs...?!


Question: Flat abs!.!.!.!?
I'm a pretty fit kid!. All vegetarian and track star!. I'm pretty lean and I'm a good height for my age!. But, what is the best way to get flat abs without a gym!? I have the basic equipment, but I don't want to hassle my parents wth making them take me to the gym!. Thanks in advance!Www@Answer-Health@Com

How can you be a vegetarian and play sports of any kind !?

Do you eat eggs or dairy !? As in an octo/lactro vegetarian !?

Or do you supplement with a large amount of whey, egg, or mixed proteins !?

You would be faster if your getting at least 1 gram of protein per pound you weigh!.

With the biggest emphasis being on pre and post workout!.


Its easy to get abs, you just cut 200 calories from your diet and wait about a month!.

Ab's are just from having low body fat!.

Throw in some crunches and thats about it, the abdominal muscles are slow twitch and you cant really add size to them once they reach their genetic potential!.



You must have a piss poor diet if you don't have abs and you run track!.

You can be a vegetarian and still eat like crap!. Look at your Calorie intake!. Don't get caught up in carbs or fats or anything else!. A calorie is a calorie!. Depending on your current activity level an active person should look to have about a 1800 Calorie day with high fiber!. 15 or more grams!. Abs are made in the kitchen!. Higher protien will help develop the muscle mass though!. Lean protien!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

every one will say this but if your fit then it realy does work do as many sit ups a day as you can, other people lift weights and jog and try other things for abs, but if you do sit ups, all the energy will be focused only on you waist, so there for resulting in awesome abs in about 3 weeks! good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

normal crunches and lay on the end of your bed with your legs from your waist down hanging off the end and lift them to about a 90 degree angle to you upper body about 3-5 reps of 10 every other night or so or as often as your want and you should see some promising resultsWww@Answer-Health@Com
