Question for those who exercise...?

How many weeks did it take you to notice a difference in your body after you started exercising? How long did it take for others to notice that you looked different too?


Answers:

I lost 25 lbs in the past 3 months. Went from 225 to 200. I still am carrying an extra 20-25 lbs. I did not get any comments until I lost 15 lbs. I have gotten a lot of comments over the past few weeks when I was down 20+

The important thing is how you feel. I started feeling better after 5 lbs. Don't get discouraged waiting for people to comment

I agree with the above poster in regard to diet. I started exercising 3 months ago, but started dieting 2 months ago. The weight did not come off until I combined diet with exercise. I am on a low/good carb diet (only whole wheat products and whole grain products) I also keep my carb intake to a minimum.
