Question: How do i get abs!?

Two exercises that are good for toning this area is leg raises:
Lay on floor facing up!.
Put your hands behind you head to cushion!.
Slowly lift legs up into air without moving your upper body!.
Don't bend your legs though, keep them straight!
Bring your legs just past 90 degrees!.
Remember- Breathe in as you bring legs up, and out when you put them down!. Do about 15, then take a break and do more!.

Side Sit-Ups:
Getting in the position for a regular sit-up!.!.!. all you do with this exercise is when you do each repitition, you twist your body to the left and then to the right!.

and don't forget to do your regular sit-ups!

If you have fat around your stomach area, you need to drink lots of water and consume lots a fiber!. Avoid any synthetic and animal fats!. Try some cardiovascular workouts, biking, jogging, and swimming is great to work fat away from your stomach area!. Eat a good healthy diet, and remember!.!.!. no need to "kill" yourself!. You will get there!.!.!.

the answer that said you were born with them is correct, as for how do get visible abs, the answer that said crunchers is wrong, and that ignorent man shouldnt have commented!.


fat loss is the only way, you need less than 10% bodyfat on average to have visible abs, crunches wont make them pop out if you have a layer of fat over themWww@Answer-Health@Com

i like 8 minute abs!. its quick and easy to do every day

Well, you have to work at it!. I would suggest crunches, or maybe just going to a gym and doing some of the exercises there!. It takes a while so you'll have to work at it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
