Question:

Will i lose........................

will i lose 20Lb in 1-2 month? if i workout eveyday?
and if you know how long will it take to lose 20lb?

You should never lose more than about 2 pounds a week. Your best bet, is to not concern yourself with your weight, but with your fitness. Eat healthy meals. (All the exercise in the world doesn't help if you are always eating fast food.) Exercise everyday for between 30 and 40 minutes each day. Exercise can be as simple as going for a long walk. You don't have to punish yourself everyday trying to lose the weight. Accept that you still can't eat an endless abount of stuff just because it is healthy. In the end, you will find you are in better shape before you know it.
