Question: Im not skinny and can u help me!?! ppllzz!?
im 10 and i weigh 125 pounds and i need help im 5'2 and i can were my older sis close i shouldn't becaus im 3 years younger what do i do i hate how i look plz help me im not skinny help me plz im bagging uWww@Answer-Health@Com

Calm down, hun!. Don't worry about it too much!.
I know it's hard to do, so I will give you some pointers!.

Ask yourself the question: How do I eat!? Healthy!? Or unhealthy!?

Take a step back and think about a normal day for you!. Would you classify your lifestyle as healthy!?

That's the first thing you have to ask yourself and fix (If there is indeed a problem) if you want to see any results in weight loss!. If you snack on potato chips and soda and have fried chicken with any other crap like that for dinner, then you definitely need to rethink how you're gonna eat!.

If you do, in fact, eat a very or fairly healthy diet, then you may just have a slower metabolism than some!. That's just the way that life is, and that's how you were born!. It's not the worst thing, it just means that you might have to be more careful about how and what you eat!.

It's harder to change your eating habits when you're not the one doing the cooking in the house, I can imagine!. You might want to talk to your mom or dad about your concern so that maybe you could work out a new menu (they could probably even help you out a bit with your weight concerns)!.

Throw out all of the crap in your house! Go out to the store and buy some vegetables, fruits or nuts! Trade your white grains for whole grains! Get as much nutrition from what you eat as possible!. No one ever said being healthy had to be dull and boring!. Fruit is super sweet and delicious once you learn to like it!. Trust me, I couldn't stand it before!. :) Don't worry, you learn to love whole grains if you don't already!.

Protein found in nuts keeps you full extra long!. In fact, there was an experiment conducted on two groups of women!. One group went on a strict diet and the other ate a handful of nuts in the morning!. The group with the nuts actually ended up LOOSING weight!.

Don't eat when you're bored!. Sometimes you don't realize it, so before you go snack ask yourself, "Am I really hungry!?" If you are, go right ahead! Sometimes, you may just be thirsty, though so have a glass of water first (besides, water is SUPER healthy, and someone who wants to loose weight's best friend)!.

I know that no one likes to hear it, but EXERCISE is a key component to maintaining a healthy weight and lifestyle!. It can start by just taking a walk around your neighborhood!. Or even a bike ride can go a long way!. Kick a soccer ball around your yard, or go roller blading with a friend!. If you can get someone to exercise with you it can motivate you to go all the way!.

If you want you could even play a game with a sibling or friend(s)!. Tag, maybe!? That's great exercise!. Or even hopscotch!.

Heh heh!. I guess I gave you more of an essay than 'a few pointers', huh!?
Oops!.!. oh well!.
But listen, don't worry about it too much!. Heck, if I were you, I'd just maintain my weight at 125 for a bit until you grow into it!. =P It's much easier to maintain a weight than one might think!. Seriously, though, you're 10 years old!. 10 year olds aren't supposed to think about that stuff!. You should be out enjoying life! You're soon going to be entering adolescents and that's DEFINITELY no picnic!. So enjoy the carefree life you have right now!

Your weight is perfectly normal!. I'm not just saying that--it really is!.
It's not a big deal that you can wear your sister's clothes!. My sister is 4 years younger than me, and we've been sharing clothes for years!. And there's nothing wrong with her size either!.

It makes me sad that you hate how you look!. Everybody worries about how they look once in a while!. I didn't like my body around that age too--but you know what!? It was totally normal too!. There was nothing wrong with it, and it was all in my head!.

You're still growing, and before long, you'll be able to see your body as beautiful!. Because it is!. :)
