14 year old bench press?!


Question: 14 year old bench press!?
I just turned 14 a few weeks ago and to be honest i'm not that big of a guy!.!. only about 5'4 and 100 pounds but I do tons of sports and I weight lift a lot I usually take a protein drink every day (you might laugh at me but i'm trying) i'm pretty muscular for my size and im really good at martial arts so I can bench press 115 pounds but whenever you go on yahoo answers and search up average benchpress it's pretty discouraging because everybody can bench press over 150 and a lot of them are over 200 pounds like come on! According to these people they could do that when they were 10 but I want an honest opinion is that good for my size!? im not very bigWww@Answer-Health@Com

your prob just doing something wrong!.!.!.most likely diet since everyone neglects it but
dont be discouraged!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.!.!. you gotta eat ALOT of food!.!.!.but not like mcdonalds or fast food!.!.!.good food like spinach and bonless, skinless chicken breasts, and fish like salmon
around 3500+ calories a day is a good goal
make some protein shakes after you workout!.!.!.!.like right after!.!.!.then you eat alot of food!.!.!.!.like brown rice, chicken fish and whatever else you want!.!.!.
if you want a good weight gainer shake ill tell you
i use six star whey!.!.!.i like that stuff its 18 bux a thing and lasts me a week and you can buy it at walmart :)
you get 2 scoops of that, get a big spoonful of smuckers natural peanut butter(no skippys its not natural and you cant get regular peanut butter it HAS TO BE NATURAL) 2 raw eggs (u wont be able to taste it)
and 3 cups of either 1 percent milk or skim
thats comes out to be 920+ calories and 95+ grams of protein and good fats and everything
i do that twice a day!.!.!.once after the gym!.!.!.if im not working out when i wake up!.!.!.and at night on every night
then at night eat some cottage cheese!!!!!!!! i like 1 percent!.!.!.it tastes good and low fat but REALLY high protein!.!.!.plus its slow digesting unlike whey and your body needs that to recouperate
and if you really want a good plan
try max ot!.!.!.ive been doing it for 4 weeks and its a good plan lol

well my bf is about 110 lbs and he can bench about 140 or something like that but he is 18!. yeah i know hes tiny but im just saying that that is really pretty good for your age and your size!. the older you get the more you will be able to lift!. just keep at it!. and really!.!.!.any thing over your weight is greatWww@Answer-Health@Com

i think about 115 and it not how heavy you lift its about how many reps you do i lift 75 but do like 6 reps of 15 and im buff all the lifting heavy is just muscle training reps are strength training
