I would like to lose weight...?!


Question: I would like to lose weight!.!.!.!?
I am 5'5 and 156 pounds!. I eat about 1400-1500 calories a day!. I walk about 2 times a week for twenty minutes!. What I can I eat to help me drop this weight and get down to my goal of 130 lbs!? What exercise can I do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Jogging usually is the fastest way to trim down those excess baggage!. It helps burn off a lot of fat and keeps your metabolism high even after jogging!. Your body's probably used to the 2x/week walking, so you have to step it up and take it to the next level!. Try jogging 2x/week for 20 minutes and don't worry how far you've ran!. Then try going for 3x/week, then every other day!.

You must also remember, that you will be gaining muscles that may not show your weight loss when you up your game!. Don't rely too much on the scale, but do rely on how you're feeling and how much stronger you've gotten, and how much stronger your stamina is!. Also enjoy putting on your pants and other clothes and discovering how loose they feel!.!.That's the sign that you've dropped a size or two and that you're much more healthier than before!.

Weigh yourself once a week if you must!. But if your goal is to get down to 130lbs!. and you find yourself at 140lbs!. looking better and wearing smaller sizes; then you must stop and look at yourself in the mirror and say "Congrats" to yourself!.!.!.

I would increase that cardio!. You should slowly but surely increase your walking pace (maybe into light jogging) and more frequently, I'd say 3-5 times a week!. The calorie intake looks good, but remember in order to see some significant loss you would need to burn more calories than you eat so try to get outside a little more often(or the treadmill, whichever)!. Along with that, if you're up to the challenge, light weight lifting can help trim the fat and burn a lot more calories than sans weight!. If you live anywhere near a martial arts school, try Tae Kwon Do or Karate!.
I'm in Tae Kwon Do and I've been going for about two years now and i fell so much healthier, i've lost about 15 pounds too
