Question: I really want to lose weight but how!?!?
I am underweight, but that's not what I see in the mirror!. Mostly I want to lose weight in my stomach!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are underweight i wouldnt be trying to lose weight!. What i would do is maybe firm certain areas!. You are not fat! Your eyes are only playing tricks on you!. But if you want to work on your stomach, make it more firm not neccesaraly lose weight then i would try getting into an activity that you like, and maybe even some dreaded sit ups!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

OK first you said your underweight!.!.!.!. and you want to lose more weight!.!. OK not to be mean but have a mental problem!. you need so tell you self that what you see in the mirror is not how people really see you!. you can get really sick for doing that!.!.!. you can even kill yourself and that's not healthy!.!.

but back to your question you want to lose weight!? i lost 20 pounds in less than two months!.!. the secret is i became a vegetarian!. not only is it good for the environment but its good for you!. mentally and physically!. but i don't think you need to lose more weight!. seriously!.!. well hope that help!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
