Question: Am I gonna gain weight!!?
here's what I had today!.!.!.
-2 sierra mists (280 cals)
-2 mountain dew voltage (340 cals)
-fries (170 cals)
-coke cherry zero (0cals)
-water (0 cals)
-cheerios snack mix (120 cals)
-TONS of cherries!!!! like 1/2 a bag lol
oh and I'm 14!.!.!.so faster matabolism xD it's not super fast but faster then an adults lol!. ya know!.!.=]

How much do you weigh!? You should be eating balanced meals!. Don't worry about gaining weight!.!.!.!.if you eat three square meals a day and exercise, you should not gain weight!. The snacking could be hurting you!. Eventually your body gets use to you not eating correctly and then you will possibly gain weight because your body has no calories to burn!. You need to fuel your body with healthful foods and snacks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
ok listen up sister we r going to pertend that its lent u r going to give up very fatty foods!!so if ur momma says hey sugarpie lets go to mcdonalds u will say momma i need to cut down on my fat or i will turn into an elephant!!! i had this friend and she like drank soda like everyday she was only 8 and she weighd 275 lbs!.!! that could be u in 2 years !! by the way how much do u weigh!?!? im sorry to be rude but seriously this is a real teenage crisis!! u need to get help fast!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
