Need a good plan for a 6 pack?!
Question:
Need a good plan for a 6 pack?
I weigh 186 pounds, and am about 5'10. I am pretty athletic and i have about 1 inch of belly fat. I have vitamins and all that stuff. I cant make it to the gym and dont have any type of gym equipment in my home except curling weights. I need a plan to get a 6 pack, and advice would be greatly appreciated. Also, could you possibly estimate how long it will take to see results. Thanks a whole lot...
Answers:
First of all you need to do cardio work. That means walking, running, jogging, or other high intensity working out for 30-45 minutes a day.
Remember that you cannot spot train, so doing 100 crunches is not the way. You need to contract your abdominals as you do a reasonable amount of crunches, and keep your workouts varied.
You also don't want to train your stomach every day. The abs are a group of muscles that will have a quick memory and by changing the way you work them, will not allow them to be "effecient". Try the link below for some ideas. Also I remember seeing some on the Men's Health website.
