Too many cookies.......?!


Question: Too many cookies!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!?
Ok so I took a baking class this summer and i guess it wasnt the best idea since i was trying to loose a few pounds!.!.!.!.instead i gained a few!. So anyways my question is what are some, fun, fast ways to burn fat!. i am looking to loose about 20 pounds!. is there any healthy way to do it by september when school starts!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

20 pounds in about a month is not healthy at all!. Start small!. Eliminate as much processed foods as you can!. (Cookies, crackers, chips in packages), and try to cut out your sweets!. (like the stuff you bake and learned from your baking class)!. You don't have to cut it out COMPLETELY but it's good if you can cut out alot of it!. Treat yourself to a treat only once in a while!. If you have a sweet fruit, eat a piece of fruit!. It satisfies your sweet tooth while you're getting vitamins also!. Exercise more often!. Go to a local pool and swim couple times a week!. Walk to places instead of riding the bus, or driving!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
