Question: What kind of workout can I do for my hips!?
Just about every woman knows that after child birth your body becomes something else!. I have two kids, and I have never had a problem with my upper body!. My measurements are 36-26 and my hips off the chart!. I have always had a problem with my lower body!. I love to do a good workout, but after my youngest baby my entire body is going crazy!. My workouts isn't working anymore I need help!. It's because I'm 35 years old!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Squats and left lifts (the old fashioned ones where you lay on your side)!. Ankle weights while you do the leg lifts intensify your workout!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
