Answers:
you should have a sett day for all workouts, like cardio, upper body and legs!. i am assuming that you do the tredmill for 10 mins!. as a warmup, which is fine but you should also do about 5 minutes afterwords!. here's the link i found and its my favorite!.

You should always vary your routine!. If you do the same thing over and over, your body gets used to it and quits seeing it as work!. You should work various muscle groups on differenct days!. For example: One day, stretch, warm up (treadmill, etc) then work the upper body, the stretch and cool down!. Next day, stretch, warm up, work the lower body, stretch cool down!. then the next day, like, work the back or just run on the treadmill!. Switch it up every now and then!. Also, jog or run outside too, if you can!. It gives you more uneven terrain to work out with!. Hope this helps some!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know this isn't the answer you may be looking for, just some
safety advice!. BE CAREFUL WITH LIFTING THE WEIGHTS!.
Don't overdo it, and take it easy!. I knew a teenager that was
lifting weights and I guess he was trying to lift more than he
should and got a hernia and died from it!. I don't mean to frighten you, just cautioning you!. Only lift what you know you
can and maybe have someone spotting you if you can!.
Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

exersize it just the half of it!. Eating it the other half!. Make sure you get lots of protine and vitamins!. Eat healthy and in PROPORTION!.

Hope this helped, TwinTipZWww@Answer-Health@Com
